A cool summer drink

We went to eat at Ruby Tuesday a week ago, and I had the most fabulous drink – something called A Watermelon Fizz.

“The refreshing taste of summertime. Sweet watermelon blended with mint, lime juice, and club soda. Served chilly over ice with fresh mint.”

I am determined to make my own version of this soon. Or go back for as many as possible this summer.
