E-reader Deep Freeze

I did something slightly horrifying to me tonight – I moved most of the blogs I read on my Google Reader to a new folder.  The new folder is entitled “Deep Freeze,” as I have decided to go on a vacation from reading all of my crafty blogs (and others) for at least a month.

I must spend hours a day reading them, and right now, I need to relegate that time to other projects.  So, with much sadness, I hit the “mark all as read” button, and moved on.

Now I will dream of all the wonderful projects that I missed.

Eeeeeeeeee!

Here in the U.S., we’re celebrating the 4th of July, our independence day.

Such celebrations often include sharing meals with family.  Some traditional food items in our family are as follows.
