Happy New Year, my friends!
How are you feeling about 2024?
I’m so ready for it. My word for this year is LOVE. Living into all different kinds of LOVE, especially the hard kinds. Loving people I don’t agree with. Loving when I don’t wanna. Loving when it is easy.
How does love fit into your life? Isn’t it an action word? Is it a feeling inside? Is it something passed down from generation to generation? Or a lack thereof?
I’m kicking off the new year by participating in another round of 100 days – with a goal to play or practice one instrument each of those 100 days. I have several choices. I don’t have a plan for length or anything specific otherwise. I just want to play, and feel the vibrations in my body. I have missed it!
