Namaste November – finding peace, love and gratitude

I can’t believe it’s November already. August, September and October flew by so fast. This month, I am focused on finding my peace, finding ways to share my love with others, and to resume my practice of finding daily gratitude and successes. Centering ourselves, while living in such a chaotic world, is important to our vitality. 

What are you thankful for? What are some of your daily successes? 

I noticed there was a huge improvement in my depression when I made a daily list of 3 things I’m grateful for. Recently, after being asked to consider our successes, it broadened the 3 dimensional view of my life. This gave me space to celebrate, dream, and try some new things!
